I looked at the article, and it is a chapter 7 filing. The tone of the article is beyond bleak.

A friend of mine who played in the late Savannah Symphony explained it this way when I asked what the difference was: "Chapter 11 is where they cut up your credit cards and put you on a repayment plan. Chapter 7 is where they take you out behind the barn and shoot you in the head."
