Hi all,

I've been reading some interesting threads on the union issues, especially the one on the AFM. I am only getting bits and pieces from personal experience the pros and cons of unionizing and having a hard time of distinguishing good from bad.

I would appreciate if the experience pros on the myauditions forums can outline specifically the benefits or joining or not joining, perhaps in bullet point format. I think all of the amateurs and semi-pros entering the audition circuit would greatly benefit from this very important subject.
